Once in a life time we always think that the grass is always greener on the other side, earning some thousand bucks or constantly living a blissful life will give you greater peace of mind. But true peace of mind means your ability to tap into blissful state of mind amidst the normal chaos of the hectic life. By all means, You cannot always control what goes on outside of you, but you can always control what is within you, and the best way for redemption is making yoga a part of life.
As our mental health comes first above all, the Rotaract Club of University of Kelaniya successfully organised the” Aham Brahmasmi” yoga session, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Badlapur Industrial area to celebrate the World Peace Day. The session was conducted by the famous yoga instructor, motivator, Megha Kampli on the 21st of September 2020, via Zoom, with the participation of countless Rotaractors from all around the world.
We believe that this mind soothing yoga session was a mind opener and was most appropriate with the time being and a great redemption for all those who try hard amidst different storms that they go through in life. So do not forget that you can always choose peace over worry, stress, dissappointments and anxiety. Be calm, be healthy and create your own happiness !
