Yesterday I read a poem
recited of greatness
thoughtful rhymes
of wise notions,

Today I memorize another
written of tears
mournful stanzas
of deathly lives,

Tomorrow I may learn one
taught of courage
blissful words
of veiled hopes,

A poem that you write
on the white paper
paints the truth
of life yet untold…
