Anantham – Bridging the Out-of-Reach

“Anantham – Bridging the Out-of-Reach” stands as a collaborative endeavour, initiated by the enthusiastic hearts of the Rotaract Club of University of Kelaniya and their counterparts from the Rotaract Club of Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College in Bangalore. This remarkable project was delivered with a dual purpose: to enrich the tapestry of cultural heritage spanning two distinct nations and to cultivate an atmosphere of international understanding that would forge an unbreakable bond between these two diligent clubs.

With its inception on the 25th of September 2023, this collaborative initiative sparked a new chapter, as the Organizing Committee, harnessing the strength of avenue members, enthusiastically embraced the challenge of “Anantham.” As October 6th dawned, the project came to life with grace and enjoyment, graced by the District Rotaract Representatives’ (DRRs) esteemed presence and a cohort of insightful Rotaractors from the vibrant tapestry of Rotaract District 3220.

Beyond the apparent, “Anantham” was a harmonious bridge connecting these two clubs. It wasn’t merely an exchange of ideas; it was an immersive voyage through the heart and soul of each culture. These clubs unearthed numerous parallels in this synergetic journey, transcending the borders that often separate us. This synergy of culture and camaraderie orchestrated by “Anantham” captures another successful and impressive chapter in the International Service Avenue of the Rotaract Club of the University of Kelaniya.
