137 light years away you find a super-Earth named TOI 715 b and it is the home place for different kinds of species. One of them is similar to humans on the so-called Earth but they call themselves “Humanicus”.
It is the year 5200 according to the Humanicus calendar and one species on this planet presents these ideas to you!

Have you ever questioned your existence on Earth? Why are there uncountable planets, stars, galaxies and other objects? Why are we in a universe? Various questions emanate from the knowledge that you have gained as humans. I think to answer these questions, the entire human civilization has to pass around 500 years. However, someone can still make a point stating that it is impossible to answer them or it is pointless to solve the mysteries of our existence.
This contradiction leads to the idea of “Difference”. If we go back to the first four or five sentences, it is still possible to identify this so-called difference in this universe. Uncountable galaxies and their appearances are completely different from one another. Although it is not identifiable, can we say that every galaxy has the same amount of stars or planets? No, because it can differ. This stream of thoughts gradually opens a door to talk about our presence on these two earths. If we accept this idea of difference, it can make us more humane. Yet, we still worry about it as it is something unacceptable. Thus, several issues such as wars, genocides, racism, and gender-based violence are visible in our homes.

Don’t you think that there should be a limit to this idea of difference? Yes, there should be a limit. There are several examples to explain this yet focusing on one would be enough. Imagine that there are two men, one is suffering from diabetes and the other has zero signs of diabetes. Can we still say that this kind of difference is acceptable? No, because it only brings death to the person who is suffering from diabetes. Thus, a doctor tries to treat him.
Acceptability and unacceptability take us on another tour to find differences. Thus, it leads to the idea that accepting differences depends. Accepting differences also differs from person to person as it is based on an individual’s educational, social, and cultural background.
Sometimes a group of individuals accept one idea but the reason why each one accepts the same idea can differ. We can notice the same phenomenon among people who are against one idea. A lot of differences! but don’t you think that humans always try to find a common ground for their own purposes despite a lot of differences? This idea of finding a common ground is different from the one that can cause many troubles.
Due to these factors, I think we can believe that there are two separate entities called difference and similarity on our planets. Sometimes, it is important to have a difference and that difference should exist depending on the circumstances. The same applies to similarity. Thus, it is not possible to state that difference is better than similarity or similarity is better than difference. Both have to be treated equally while keeping in mind that they are only useful for our own betterment as humans or as humanicus. Thus, any difference or similarity is not to be destructive.
