
Merge 3.0 was a dynamic initiative that brought together Rotaract clubs, universities, and international organizations to strengthen collaboration, leadership, and community engagement. The project successfully connected participants from across Sri Lanka and beyond, creating a platform for networking, mentorship, and meaningful partnerships among young leaders.
The event saw active participation from several Rotaract clubs including the Rotaract Club of University of Kelaniya, University of Ruhuna, Colombo Uptown, Colombo North, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, and many more. International involvement from clubs in India, Brazil, Malaysia, and Nigeria further elevated the diversity and global spirit of the project.
Merge 3.0 also received support from Rotary clubs, academic institutions, and mentors who contributed their expertise and guidance throughout the initiative. With hundreds of volunteer hours dedicated by organizers and participants, the project reflected the true values of service, teamwork, and leadership development.
Overall, Merge 3.0 became more than just an event it was a powerful opportunity to unite passionate individuals, inspire collaboration, and create lasting connections within the Rotaract movement and beyond.
