On the 3rd of December 2018, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) approved a resolution declaring the 24th of January as the International Day of Education. Following that, the first International Day of Education was commemorated on the 24th of January 2019. The United Nations General Assembly’s message is being broadcast over the world. Their honest efforts around the world have generated significant results in the development of educated individuals who form a cultural society that is boosted by hope and opportunities.

The 2022 International Day of education unfolds the theme; “Changing Course, Transforming Education” with the aim of supporting quality education. Despite the fact that education is regarded as a person’s fundamental right, the majority of people are still unaware of the value of education in their lives. So, the goal of this day is to raise awareness of the critical relevance of education in our lives. Moreover, the day emphasizes how quality education can promote global peace and development. Also, making people aware of various governments, organizations, and educational efforts, both global and local, as well as the importance of equal and appropriate education for all, lead the way to mark the importance of International Education Day, which will provide you with guidance for a better future with quality education.
