Rota Tomorrow 4.0 is a project designed to invigorate member engagement and sustainability within the Rotaract movement at the University of Kelaniya. By empowering members to refine their skills, Rota Tomorrow 4.0 serves as a catalyst for positive societal change. Through many community projects, it strives to elevate the standard of living in diverse communities, fostering a sense of unity and progress.

Team 03, named ‘Gladiators’, were assigned to achieve the SDG Goal of “Youth Leadership and Personal Branding“. The project name was selected as ‘අපිටත් පුළුවන්’ and finalized its logo, theme, and other details through meetings. Despite initially planning for three phases, the project was condensed into one due to constraints. Alongside other tasks, the project proposal and budget were prepared.

Project ‘අපිටත් පුළුවන්’ is a project aimed to inspire and empower young individuals to chart a course towards a brighter future. With a single-phase culminating in a significant event at Gurukula College, Kelaniya, the project delivered impactful sessions on youth leadership and personal branding, led by esteemed speakers Mr. P.M. Panditharathna and Mr. J.P.D.W Kumara Jayalath.

Through tireless collaboration and the support of media partner ChoKoLAATe, Project ‘අපිටත් පුළුවන්’ achieved its objectives with flying colours. The dedication and teamwork exhibited by Team Gladiators underscored their commitment to realizing the sustainable goal of youth leadership and personal branding. This triumphant endeavour serves as a testament to the transformative power of collective action in nurturing and empowering the youth, paving the way for a promising tomorrow filled with endless possibilities.
