“Nanasa 2015”, a signature project of RCUoK which was initiated in 2014. This signature project was concluded successfully for the second time on the 21st and 22nd of November 2015 at Padavi Jayanthi Maha Vidyalaya, Sripura, Welioya, with the collaboration of 622 Brigade Sri Lanka Army. The project was chaired by Rtr. Roshana Ali and Rtr. Yoshan Binuka and the project was carried out under the Community Service Avenue.

“Nanasa 2015” was carried out in three phases, including;

• The Seminar Program conducted for the students who are facing O/L Examinations in December.
• The Leadership and Personality Development Program
• The Distribution of stationary items.

The seminar program was conducted with the participation of students of the aforesaid school and another nine schools. The sessions were carried out by the club member undergraduates of our club.

After conducting the seminar successfully on the first day the leadership and personality development program was conducted on the second day. During this program activities were carried out to develop the leadership skills students. Also it gave a new experience to the students. The session was concluded with the distribution of stationary items and the certificates.

The final day was reserved to have a visit around the village which the students of the school eagerly volunteered to take us on a tour. Also they didn’t forget to invite us to their homes to have a cup of tea.

The whole project was a very unforgettable and a very successful memory for the students as well as for us which would have been a dream if we didn’t have the immense support of the 622 Brigade Sri Lanka Army.
