The Professional Development Session “Build Up” was organised in collaboration with the the Unilever. Sparks programme on the 20th of April and the project was chaired by Rtr. Darshatha Gamage (Director – Professional Development).

The main focus of the programme was on enhancing the employability of the undergraduates of the University. The session was conducted by Mr.Chatura Ganegoda, National Account Head – Modern Trade, Customer Development Department, Unilever Sri Lanka. The Session looked into the dreams of the youth and also highlighted opportunities available to make those dreams come true. The session also looked into the realities in the employee market and the competition. The speaker provided a lot of insight with regard to, becoming successful in the corporate world.
