It was a month full of the spirit of sports for the Rotaractors of the University of Kelaniya. But among all these Rotaractors two great leaders of the Rotaract club of University of Kelaniya took the challenge of leading the RCL and IRBT with the utmost commitment, dedication and motivation to organize it successfully.

RCL which was held on 5th, 18th and 19th of February 2017 at St. Thomas grounds and Colombo University Grounds was a three day event with the purpose of enhancing the fellowship among the Rotaractors from various clubs. Rtr. Imalka Dilshani, the Co-Director of the Sports Avenue in the Rotaract Club of University of Kelaniya has given her full capacity in organizing this event successfully. Specially organizing the tag rugby tournament in collaboration with the College of Chemical Sciences during her university exams showcases her incredible commitment.

The IRBT, the major Rotaract basketball tournament was another remarkable event which the Rotaract club University of Kelaniya aided in organizing. The pillar of organizing this event was none other than Rtr. Ahmed Ifhaam, the Co-Director of the IT Avenue in the club, who due to his high commitment managed to raise funds and organize the activities all the way from Mathale.

Therefore we are much obliged to appreciate their great work and we wish them both a very successful year ahead with the Rotaract club of University of Kelaniya.
